The Post War home did not have attached entertainment space. Brookie Build worked with the client to design and build a pergola and matching tank screening.

Before
What We Did
- Custom designed open roof pergola with flared staircase access to the back yard.
- The pergola included french doors from the master bedroom to allow direct access.
- Matching tank screening was included to close off space from access of children and pets and keep them in the secure backyard area, this included a gate to access taps and services behind the tank. Water pipes were relocated to improve the flow and visual aesthetics of the design.
