Overview
The acreage property at Brookfield had a simple star steel picket/wire fence, farm gate and pillar-style postal box. Brookie Build worked to design and build a new entry including drive, hardwood fence and gate. The style was traditional with features of the entry project including;
- New concrete entry to the driveway with a wide swing angle
- Entry inset to the property allows entry gardens and freestanding copper postal box.
- Post design featuring round over beading profile with copper paint detail and custom copper post caps
- Three rail system to suit neighbourhood acreage aesthetic
- Gate design and build with electronic opener and pin pad for access. Painting on the gate features the matching round over beading with copper paint detail
- Custom-made signage with estate logo branding
