Our client in Brookfield sought to transform three of their bedrooms from plain, functional spaces into luxurious, stylish retreats. The original rooms, characterized by plain white walls, brown carpet, and built-in robes, have been completely reimagined with a blend of classic and modern elements that enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
Custom Herringbone Flooring: Each bedroom now features custom herringbone flooring made from spotted gum, adding a touch of elegance and warmth underfoot. This bespoke flooring solution not only looks stunning but also stands up to everyday wear and tear.
Wainscot Walls: To elevate the wall design, we installed wainscot paneling, which adds depth and texture to the rooms. This classic feature brings a timeless charm and sophistication to the spaces.
Raised Apex Ceilings: The introduction of raised apex ceilings creates a sense of openness and grandeur, making each bedroom feel more spacious and inviting.
Bay Window Bench Seat: One of the standout features is the bay window bench seat in two of the three rooms, providing a cozy nook for relaxation. Beneath the bench, we’ve added custom-built cupboards and drawers, ensuring ample storage without sacrificing style.
Elegant Chandeliers and Soft Drapery: Crystal chandeliers were installed to add a touch of glamour and enhance the lighting. Complementing the chandeliers, we chose soft drapery for the windows, offering privacy while maintaining a light, airy feel.
Pastel Color Schemes: Each bedroom has been given a unique pastel color scheme to create a serene and calming environment. The blue room evokes tranquility, the green room brings a sense of harmony, and the yellow room adds a cheerful, sunny ambience.
