Overview
The Post War home had old fencing and was showing its age as well as not fully enclosed. The client wanted to be able to section off the back and front yard areas and improve the facade of the property. Additionally, the client desired improved access as a ramp along the front of the house instead of the existing uneven cottage-style stairs. There was no undercover area for car parking so the client requested a single carport in style matching the character of the home.
